Ultra-smooth & Reliable – The KastKing Kapstan Elite uses 8 MaxiDur double-shielded, stainless-steel ball bearings plus an instant anti-reverse bearing for a total of 8+1 BB. The spool tensioning nut has click adjustments for accurate control and it won’t back off. Kapstan baitcaster reels use a reliable and proven centrifugal braking system that eliminates frustrating overruns even when casting heavy baits. Kapstan has an on/off switch for the audible spool clicker when that feature is needed.
Loaded with Technology – KastKing Kapstan Elite 300 baitcasting reel features a braid-ready aluminum spool that eliminates adding mono backing before filling your reel with braided line. There’s also a line indicator on the palm side of the reel, so you never forget what lb. test line you have on your reel. Its centrifugal braking system is easily accessed or changed through the palm side cover by the innovative Ergo-Twist Opening System but without worrying that it will open accidentally.
