INSTRUCTIONS TO MAINTAIN THE CRUSH EFFECT:

WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE SKIRT, Lay it flat and run your Iron gently over it while maintaining the crush effect. This will make sure that your get a smooth fall.

AFTER WASHING: If you want to keep the crush effect: After washing get the excess water out, flat dry for a while. When it is still damp, roll the skirt from side seam to side seam. Hold it at the ends and twist it as much as you can. When the twist is really tight, it will start bending at the center and start twisting to give you the rope effect. Tie it up with the tie up at the waist so that it doesn't untwist. Keep it in a cool but dry area to air it out. When it's dry, open the twist and lay it flat and lightly iron while maintaining the crush effect.

If you do not want the crush effect you can just put it in the drier and flat iron it later. The skirt looks beautiful this way also.
