All-metal construction, advanced electrostatic spraying and electroplating, durable, easy to clear and no rust.
This is a simple type 6 Color 6 Station Screen Printing Press. It can apply 6 screens to 6 stations simultaneously. The the screen layer and the pallet layer can rotate independently, which makes it easier for multi-color printing. You can print onto clothing (especially for T-shirt), woven fabric, metal, paper, copybook, plastic, circuit board, wood, glass, ceramic tile, leather and other plane printing substrates, which is especially suitable for small businesses and individual printing shop.
This press come with bracket. It is very easy to intsall and adjust the platen. Each screen frame’s fixing device is equipped with precise positioning wheel, when the positioning iron on the arm placed in positioning wheel closely, it can ensure the printing result precision . The screen layer and the pallet can rotate independently, which makes it easier for multi-color printing.
Long-time use：The heating tubes adopts 1600w stainless steel heating tubes ,high heating efficiency,it can normally be used for about 10000 hours
Easy assembly：With a few bolts you have a flash that's ready to be put to work.Prepare for the full set installation tools, test thermometer and installation instructions.
Operations
1.After well installed,connect the power supply
2.Turn on the switch and the it will work automatically
3.Put the probe of the thermometer on the dtying table,heat for some time(20 minutes in reference)and then check the actual temp.if the temp is too low or too high,just risen or lower the height of the drying box.
